A loudspeaker or usually called as a speaker and is a device that can convert electrical the energy waves into a mechanical energy type of waves or what we call audible sounds. The sound is produced through the vibration of a certain object.

This vibration usually will set up a series of waves or ripples much like what can be saw when a stone will be thrown towards a pond. The Speakers usually reproduce the sound waves or known as audio at different frequencies. The frequency is known as the rate at when the particles found in the air will vibrate. The sound that we usually hear is from an estimated of 20 hertz to around 20,000 Hz or other term is 20 kilohertz (kHz). The Speakers are likely used in all methods of communications and even equipment of entertainment such as television and radio receivers, telephone answering machines, tape recorders, stereo home type of entertainment systems and baby monitors. mp3ringtonesdownload have best quality for mp3 music or ringtones

The usual principle of a speaker which is dynamic has changed quite since it is patented by a guy named Ernst Siemens in the year 1874. Ernst described his famous invention as a way for acquiring movement of an electrical coil using electric currents that are flowed right through it. The unique intention of his invention is to be able to move a certain telegraph arm. The famous Alexander Graham Bell has applied the basic principles of Siemens device to his telephone 2 years later. The famous Thomas Edison was given credit with inventing the famous loudspeaker as it is known currently. It has a flexible cone type diaphragm which is attached towards the throat of a horn that is acoustical type.mp3 ringtone download, this music format suite for anykind of speaker

The cones of the early loudspeakers have used different materials such as metal thin sheets, paper and leather. The Paper was and currently used in the creatingof speaker cones due to the factr that it is affordable and available most of the time.

Raw Materials

The dynamic speaker did not change in decades. The frame is usually from aluminum or stamped iron. The permanent type of magnet is a ferrite ceramic material that consists of iron oxide, a ceramic binder and strontium.

The cone, usually surrounds it, and spider is made of treated type of paper material covered with an adhesive type of glue. A voice coil has of a bobbin made of plastic with good quality gauge copper wire insulated and wound around it.Download songs at mp3ringtonesdownload.net to feel high quality sound from speaker

There are four major types of speakers: full-range, tweeter, midrange, and woofer. The full-range speaker can reproduce most of the audio sound spectrum. However, a single speaker cannot accurately reproduce the entire audio frequency range of our ear. Therefore, other speakers were created to overcome the certain limitations of the full-range speaker.

Design

The very common speaker is known as the dynamic speaker. It has a frame, soft iron core, permanent magnet, voice coil, and a cone. The frame usually gives support to the cone and the permanent magnet assembly. Normally, the voice coil has an insulated type of wire wound found around a bobbin made of plastic.

The wires found from the coil usually are connected to the audio amplifier. If an electrical audio will signal from the amplifier, they are applied towards the voice coil, after that, an electromagnetic type of field is generated around its voice coil.

This will cause the coil to have a movement of back and forth. Which the iron core that is soft which aids or often contradicts the magnetic field generated by the magnet. The movement of a voice coil will cause the cone to produce and vibrate sound.

There are usally four major kinds of speakers: the full-range, midrange, woofer and tweeter.

The full-range type of speaker can reproduce majority of the spectrum audio sound. But single speaker is unable tp reproduce accurately the whole frequency range audio of the ear. By this, the other speakers were created with the purpose to pass the limitations of its own full-range speaker.

The permanent magnet is made by mixing the iron oxide together with the strontium and then proceed with milling the compound into a good quality and fine power. The power will be mixed with a binder of ceramic and then enclosed in a metal die. The die will then be placed in a furnace and to be sintered in order to bond the mixture altogether.
