The performers are also invited to perform during the intermission during Penn & Teller's live Las Vegas show, where the audience members are not aware in advance that the illusion is performed for them.

Though they remain hushed and still throughout the course in the production, the veteran duo of Penn and Teller will communicate with one by making subtle gestures. They also may talk to a magician that performs and ask them to repeat an action or provide more information.
